Traction: Cervical, Lumbar and Intersegmental
We do lumbar with the use of pneumatics. It is done in the seated position with the use of a harness and air compressor to allow for a very specific amount of weight/compression to be applied. This can prevent any over strain on the injuried or recovering area.
We use a special therapy table with built-in rollers and vibrating massage, which roll up and down your spine. You lie on your back and relax while the table does the rest.
It is used to improve mobility and circulation in the joints of the spine. Due to its soothing effect on the spine and spinal nerves, it helps reduce tension and nervousness, as well as helps the spine to heal with more mobility and strength. This helps prevent recurring spinal injuries.
